LBMS TEAMS TAKE TOP AWARDS IN COUNTY ACADEMIC SUPER BOWL

Two Lee Burneson Middle School eighth grade teams took home top awards in the

Educational Service Center of Cuyahoga County’s first Academic Super Bowl competition.

 Students participated in a series of Academic Challenge activities, with the top teams advancing to the Championship Round.

 Team A from LBMS tied for the 1st place district trophy with a team from Rocky River. Team A – Ben Sposet, Anna Craven, Carter Hoon, Justin Krantz and Sneha Ramachandran – also took individual 1st place ribbons overall.

 Other LBMS students participating in the contest were Alex Lathem, Greg Phillips, Jackson Liang, Leah Choban and Bradley Katcher

 The students are coached by Gifted Services teacher Judy McMasters.
