Westlake Police: Credit Card Suspect Caught in the Act (See Photos)

Westlake Police have released photos of  a suspect using an Olmsted Township woman’s credit card on Jan. 30, 2014. She dropped the credit card that day at the Speedway gas station on Dover Center Rd.
