The caller, report police, indicated the obviously intoxicated male approached her, and told her he was going to rob a bank.
He pulled a pair of gloves out of his pocket, and indicated that he had a gun in his possession, pointing to one of his pockets that contained what appeared to be a gun.
The caller told him that would not be a good idea, and went inside her house.
About ten minutes later, the same neighbor returned and began banging on the caller’s door. He indicated that he just wanted to hang out. He was told that would be inappropriate, and the caller went back into her house to call police.
Once arriving on scene, BVPD located the male subject at his residence across the street. After speaking with him, the male admitted to the offenses, including carrying a handgun while out in the neighborhood. The 29-yoa male was arrested without incident and will face numerous charges at RRMC.
