Lift Off! 1st Annual Bistro83 Golf Outing Takes Flight at Bob-O-Link

The first annual Bistro83 Golf Outing enjoying a setting of perfect weather at Avon’s Bob-O-Link Golf Course on Sunday, Aug. 27.

GM Jeremy Kavc and Maestro Anthony Martorello, Executive Chef, hosted a grand day of prizes, mulligans and more as Bob-O-Links played perfectly for the foursomes in the scramble.

Afterwards, all gathered back at Bistro83 for a truly excellent buffet meal of Garlic Rosemary Marinated New York Strip Steaks, BBQ Chicken Breast topped with Crispy Leeks, Baked Potato Bar, Antipasto Salad, Grilled Corn Broccolini and an assortment of Cheesecakes and Cakes.

The bar was also open and bidding was lively for some very generous raffle items, including a 58-in in hi-def TV donated by proprietor Bud Hagy. Assistant Manager/Bartender Jeff Gresko called out the winning numbers as guests screamed in anticipation.

When it was all over, Jeremy extended his heartfelt thanks to all who made the day a success. Nothing but the best at Bistro83!
