Asian Cole Slaw Recipe
Recipe: (serves 6) Combine: 1 bag broccoli slaw; 1 bag (16 oz.) coleslaw mix; 3 large scallions – chopped
Combine and add dressing to slaw mixture: 2 T. light sodium soy sauce; 2 T. lemon juice; 2 T. vegetable oil (canola) or olive oil; 1 T. fresh grated ginger or ¼ t. dried ginger; 1 T vinegar; 3 packets Stevia (sweetener); 2 t. Sesame oil
Then Combine and add to salad: 2 t. Sesame seeds; ½ c. sliced almonds (unsalted); ½ c. sunflower seeds (unsalted); ½ craisins (low sugar); Pepper to taste
