Avon Toys for Tots Toy Drive
November 8 through December 9
The City of Avon will be accepting donations on behalf of Toys for Tots at the following locations:
- Avon City Hall – 36080 Chester Road
- Avon Police Department – 36145 Detroit Road
- Avon Senior Center – 36784 Detroit Road
The mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.
You can make a monetary donation as well. If writing a check, please make it out to Marine Corps Toys for Toys Foundation. Remember your donation is tax deductible.
Avon Police Drive-Thru Drop Off Toy Drive
The Avon Police Department are holding a drive-thru drop off toy drive on December 4 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Please bring a brand-new unwrapped toy to the Avon Police Department, 36145 Detroit Road.
“We had such a huge turnout last year we thought we would do it again. You won’t even have to get out of your car. Just drive through and drop off.”
Toys will be donated and distributed by the Lorain County Office on Aging N.E. Satellite Office.
