Cross Country Runner Passes Through Westlake

Last October, Noah Coughlan embarked on his 5th Run across America, a historic 5,500-mile solo journey across 20 states over 260 days, culminating on July 4th, 2026 to celebrate the United States’ 250th Semiquincentennial anniversary.

This transcontinental run will make Noah only the third person ever to cross all 50 states on foot.

Noah passed through Westlake and other west shore communities last week, engaging everyday Americans and veterans, encouraging unity while highlighting the enduring spirit of our Nation through media and storytelling for a renewed appreciation for America’s shared history.  He is seen here with members of the Westlake Police Dept. as they escorted him through town.
