The book is not closed on a new Bay branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library. The library has scheduled a series of community engagement sessions. See links below for details and to register.
Here is the release from the library system:
Dear Bay Village resident,
After gathering feedback from the public in 2017 and from more than 600 survey respondents this year, Cuyahoga County Public Library and the City of Bay Village will co-host four final community engagement sessions to gather input for the new library project. One session will be reserved for students so that the youth who use the library will have an opportunity to share their perspectives. The final session will serve as a “capstone” meeting, whereby participants in the three previous sessions will share the themes emerging from their conversations.
We ask that residents register to attend one of the first three sessions. The final session is open to all, but we ask that you please register to attend.
Preference will be given to residents of Bay Village.
