Join us for the 2026 Annual Bay Days in Bay Village! During the four-day carnival, July 1-4, catch up with family and friends, enjoy thrilling rides, fuel up with delicious food, listen to local music and celebrate 4th of July with stunning fireworks on July 4 at 9:45 p.m. Open daily from noon until 10:30 p.m. in Cahoon Memorial Park.

• Bay Days 5 Miler, 1 Mile, & Kids Track Dash: Saturday, July 4, 8:30 a.m., Bay High School. Cleveland’s BEST Fourth of July race is back! Put on your best Red, White, and Blue and take to the streets for this fast and flat 5 Miler. This event is open to all ages and abilities. Join the kid’s run (shirt optional) or 1 mile walk so you can still get the awesome swag including a Brooks running shirt, finish line goodies, and more! • Patriotic Pooch Parade: July 4 • Parade: 12:30 p.m. • Concert: 1 p.m., Cahoon Memorial Park Gazebo. Monica Robins and the Whiskey Kings will be performing. Vendors, Pup Cups, Rescue Groups, Prizes for best dressed and look alike. Please be sure all dogs are leashed with non-retractable leashes.
• Vintage Baseball Game: July 4, 1 p.m. The Bay Villagers vs. Whiskey Island Shamrocks. Admission is free for all. Come one! Come all! A day of sport, amusement and patriotic celebration!
• Classic Car Show: July 3, 5-8 p.m., Cahoon Memorial Park. $10 donation benefits “Fill This House.” Still on the grass at the south end of soccer fields. 50% off curly fries coupon. • Children’s Bike, Trike & Wagon Parade: Saturday, July 4, 11:15 a.m. Parade begins at Cahoon Memorial Park Gazebo. Decorate your bicycle, tricycle or wagon to parade around the 1/4 mile route. Prizes for most Patriotic in each category with preference given to those with minimal parent help. Huck Kurinsky, four-time USA BMX National Champion, providing bike tricks, stickers and autographing hero cards! Parade led by Mayor Koomar and Huck!

Independence Day Celebration

Saturday, July 4, All-day celebration. Parade steps off at 10 a.m. from Lee Burneson Middle School. Fireworks at 9:30. Clague Park, 28955 Hilliard Blvd., Westlake. Parade, fireworks, live music, and community fun — all day at Clague Park. Free and open to all Westlake residents and guests. Clague Playhouse America 250th Anniversary

As part of Westlake’s celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, Clague Playhouse is hosting a community festival the weekend of July 3, 4 and 5! Freedom Festival, an exciting event for the city and surrounding communities to celebrate our nation’s birthday while utilizing the amenities of Victory Park Ohio’s 60+ acre outdoor sports & entertainment facility. Food and beverages available to purchase on-site from local vendor trailers, carts and the popular on-site restaurant Victory Grille. Every year the Lorain Port and Finance Authority sponsors a magnificent Independence Day Fireworks Display for the residents and visitors of the City of Lorain to enjoy. The display is launched from the Mile-Long Pier, 301 Lakeside Avenue, on Lorain’s East Side and begins whenever the sun completely sets.
