The Westshore Arts Council and BAYarts are very excited to bring Dave Sterner’s Tricotism jazz trio to the Westshore communities on Thursday, October 1, 2026. The concert will be in the historic Huntington Playhouse at BAYarts, 28795 Lake Road, Bay Village.
Tricotism, an acoustic jazz trio, plays an eclectic mix of jazz, blues, Latin, and swing tunes by artists such as Sonny Rollins, Thelonius Monk, Frank Sinatra, the Beatles, Pink, and Stevie Wonder, in addition to their original material. The group consists of Saxophonist Dave Sterner, award-winning drummer Steve Renko, and Bassist, composer and educator Tim Lekan. Individually, they have played with Ernie Krivda & the Fat Tuesday big band, The Cleveland Jazz Orchestra, Helen Welch, and Oscar Brown Jr., to name a few.
The program begins at 7 p.m. with complimentary refreshments and a cash bar. You must register online to reserve your seat. This is a free program, but there is a $5 registration fee.
