Bay Police report that on July 30,, a resident reported her credit card was fraudulently used for charges of over $18,000, $15,000 and $6000.  The charges were made at a jewelry store, only located either in New York or Egypt.  The credit card was cancelled and police are investigating. Unlocked vehicles led to thefts in Bay Village last week.
