COLUMBUS– State Senator Tom Patton (R–Strongsville) recorded the following video message to discuss the Ohio Motion Picture Tax Credit. This program was expanded in 2012 under Senator Patton’s leadership through his sponsorship of Senate Bill 331.

This tax credit has already resulted in several major motion pictures being filmed in Ohio, including The Avengers. The credit has also lured the filming of the movie Captain America: The Winter Soldier, which is expected to bring with it $35 Million in Ohio investment and approximately 2,700 jobs.
