Westlake Wins Injunction to Halt Water Rate Hikes

The City of Westlake has been granted a preliminary injunction by Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas Judge Michael Astrab stopping proposed rate hikes to residents by the City of Cleveland Div. of Water.
