On 03/21/2015, at 2120 hrs, a resident reported there was a group of three juveniles on the roof of Dover Commons. Bay Village Police and Bay Fire responded to the scene and located three juveniles on the roof. They were all charged with Criminal Trespassing and will face charges at CCJC.
OVIs
On 03/19/2015, at 0035 hrs, a BVPD officer stopped a vehicle on Lake Rd. near the Rocky River line for a traffic violation. After speaking to the male driver, the officer suspected the driver had been drinking. Field sobriety tests were conducted, and as a result, the 28 yoa Berea resident was arrested for OVI. He will face charges at RRMC.
On 03/22/2015, at 0001 hrs, a BVPD officer stopped a vehicle on Walker Rd. near the county line for a traffic violation. After speaking with the 45 yoa female driver, the officer suspected the driver had been drinking. Field sobriety tests were administered, and as a result, the Avon Lake resident was arrested for OVI. She will face charges at RRMC.
