Antique Fair

The Westlake Historical Society will be hosting the annual Antique, Vintage and Craft Show at the Clague House Museum, 1371 Clague Road, on Sunday, July 15, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The rain date will be July 22.

This is the group’s largest fundraiser of the year, which supports the Clague Museum’s utility costs, insurance, refreshments and their many programs.

The show will have 25 crafters and about 30 antique dealers. They have two animal rescue groups (cats and dogs), food booths and refreshments. The museum will be open all day after 10 a.m. They will also have a silent auction with quality items, including a night’s stay at a Crocker Park hotel.

Ride in Style to the Lilly Weston House

Peek inside the Lilly Weston House during the Summer 2018 Car Cruises put on by the Westlake United Methodist Church, 27650 Center Ridge Rd., on July 18, August 15, and September 19 from 5:30 – 8 p.m. A historic vehicle will shuttle visitors from the Car Cruise for a small donation. Proceeds benefit the Lilly Weston House Restoration Fund.

The Westlake Historical Society Duck Race

The Duck Race at the Westlake Recreation Center will be held on Saturday, August 25. This event benefits the Westlake Historical Society’s Clague House, programs, acquisitions and general operating expenses associated with the Clague Museum. Plus enjoy refreshments, door prizes and a silent auction.
