The 8th Annual Westlake Scarecrow Festival will be here soon! Families, companies, and small groups are invited to purchase a scarecrow pack and create their own scarecrow to be displayed outside the Rec Center and judged for prizes for three award categories: Most Original, Scariest, and Most Creative! The cost is $20 per scarecrow pack. The deadline to register is Oct. 12 and assembled scarecrows must be returned to the Rec Center by Oct. 23 at 12 p.m. Register online under Activity # 406603 – https://webtrac.cityofwestlake.org
