Westlake Police Officer Awarded for Life-Saving Effort

Congrats to  Westlake Police Ptl. C. Johnson,  who recently received a commendation for his life saving efforts. On April 2, he was the first on scene at an industrial accident. Thanks to his fast action in quickly and properly applying a tourniquet may have saved a life and definitely saved a man’s leg. Professional service under stress!
