Hilliard Flower Boxes Spring Planting

The City of Westlake appreciates the dozens of residents who came out to fill the Hilliard Flower Boxes with all manner of flowers and other decorative plants on Saturday, May 22.

Each flower box is automatically entered in the annual Westlake in Bloom competition. This annual tradition has been carried on by several families for decades and we hope to see it continue for many more to come!
