The Avon/Avon Lake VFW Post 7035 hosted a solemn Memorial Day Ceremony on Monday, May 31, 2021, at 10:00 am at Avon’s Veteran’s Memorial located behind the Avon Post Office. A large audience of several hundred residents turned out to pay tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms.
