Avon on the Lake Garden Club Flower Show

The Avon on the Lake Garden Club will be hosting their big Flower Show on June 8 & 9 (Wed and Thurs).

The show runs for 2 days, June 8th & 9th and is located at both the Folger House and Lake House in Avon Lake. Both houses are owned by the city and sit on Lake Road with beautiful views of Lake Erie. The show is open to all garden clubs in Ohio and a panel of judges from The National Garden Clubs Inc. (NGC) will be judging the gorgeous floral designs in a creative setting along with petite varieties of horticultural, and botanical arts. This events purpose is to educate the club members and viewing public, stimulate interest in horticultural and floral design, to provide an outlet for creative expression and to convey to the community objectives of NGC.

The show will be open to the public both days from 2pm until 8pm.

This is a one of a kind unique experience that we are happy to share with the public.

The event is happening rain or shine as it is held indoors but has lots of green space for people to come with a picnic and enjoy the views of Lake Erie.
