On Monday, June 20, Mercy Health – Lorain hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Mercy Health – Sheffield Medical Center, their latest multi-specialty location in northwest Lorain County.
Speakers included Dr. John Luellen, President, Mercy Health – Lorain and Youngstown, Jim Armour, Vice President of Mission, Mercy Health – Lorain and Youngstown, Fr. Damian Ezeani, Director of Mission, Mercy Health – Lorain, Cindy Andrews, President and CEO, Community Foundation of Lorain County & President, Mercy Health – Lorain Board, Mayor John Hunter, Sheffield Village, Mickey Mann, Managing Partner, Edge Development.
Mercy Health – Lorain worked with developer, Edge Development, to create the medical office space at 5327 Detroit Road (just east of Abbe Road). The practices housed in the medical center are: Mercy Health – Sheffield Breast Surgery, Mercy Health – Sheffield Gastroenterology, Mercy Health – Sheffield Cardiology, Mercy Health – Sheffield Neurology, Mercy Health – Sheffield Primary Care, Mercy Health – Sheffield Walk-in Care, Mercy Health – Sheffield Lab Services, Mercy Health – Sheffield Imaging Services, Mercy Health – Sheffield Obstetrics and Gynecology.
