“People love the complete move-in pricing. New construction pricing for a 2 bedroom with attached garage for only $184,900 is unheard of in today’s market. Even our largest 3 bedroom home which is nearly 1,700 sq ft has a complete move-in price of only $249,900.

“Buyers have made positive comments about our “complete move-in pricing” strategy. When we quote a price of one of our attached cluster homes, it is a complete move-in price. Many homebuyers have told us other builders make them pay extra for wide 5” baseboard trim, refrigerators, and garage door openers. We include those at no extra charge with our homes. We also include 9’ high ceilings, microwaves, dishwasher, range, fridge, disposal, and garage door openers at NO up-charge.

Can buyers customize layouts?

“The ability to customize has been very popular. Buyers have the opportunity to select from all different colors of Sherwin Williams paint, countertops, carpet, LVT (luxury vinyl tile), as well as 4 cabinet choices. All no extra charge for those choices!

Is there a maintenance fee?

Treadway Ponds offers a low $125 per month maintenance fee covering snow removal and lawn care. Our community is connected to miles of walking trails, some of which lead all the way to Lake Erie. Treadway Ponds has also hired a company to install fountains this spring and stock the pond with fish for catch-and-release fishing.
