Continuing their partnership for the 4th consecutive year, leadership from Great Lakes Honda West presented a check for $8,000 to University Hospitals St. John Medical Center for the Maltby Breast Health Center. The Elyria based car dealership raised awareness for breast cancer throughout the month of October, and a donation was made for every car sold during the month.
Attending to accept the donation was UH St. John Medical Center Chief Operating Officer, Jonathan Sague, Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Gil Padula, Chief Nursing Officer Shelly Loop, as well as Ryan Cross, Vice President, Institutional Relations & Development. “The continued support from Great Lakes Honda West helps us continue our UH mission: To Heal. To Teach. To Discover. We are proud to offer world class care at St John and the Maltby Breast Health Center,” said Jonathan Sague. “We are grateful for this continued partnership.”
Great Lakes Auto Group CEO Joey Huang was joined by Gavin Lake, Platform Director, to present St. John Leadership with the donation. “Our company is a proud member of the west side community, and we’re happy to support great organizations like University Hospitals,” stated Huang. “We look forward to continued partnership with UH, and to keep giving back to organizations where so many of our employees and customers live.”
The Maltby Breast Health Center at St. John provides high quality, and compassionate breast cancer care while also focusing on breast health and cancer prevention, research, and clinical trials.
