Westlake Porter Public Library’s Summer Library Challenge Begins June 1

Westlake Porter Public Library challenges all ages to find their next adventure by reading or listening to books each day this summer! The library’s annual Summer Library Challenge begins June 1 and continues through August 1. This year’s theme is “Adventure Begins at Your Library.” In addition to reading, there will be adventure challenges and a variety of special programs, including the annual STEAM Week (July 7-13).

After 15 days of reading and completing one adventure challenge, participants will earn a halfway prize and a grand prize raffle ticket.  Reading for 30 days and completing one more adventure challenge will earn participants a final prize plus more tickets for the grand prize drawing.

Reading and activities can be tracked on logs available at the library or on Beanstack – to register for the program or access a log, download the Beanstack app or visit westlakelibrary.beanstack.org.

The Summer Library Challenge is sponsored by the Friends of Porter Public Library, the Cleveland Monsters and the Cleveland Charge.
