Sixth-graders from Bay Middle School invaded the Bay Aquatic Center on May 28 with a fleet of cardboard boats.
The boats highlighted the engineering expertise acquired by the students under the tutelage of teacher Brent Illenberger. He is a sixth-grade Science Teacher at Bay Middle School and is the mastermind behind another fun STEM project for Bay’s Middle School – the famous Punkin’ Chunkin’ event that this same grade level does each October.
