Autonation Ford Amherst Donates Toys to Kids

Christmas was made a little more special for hospitalized kids last week when Autonation Ford Amherst donated a car load of toys to children visiting the Emergency Departments at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center and UH St. John Medical Center in Westlake

Paul Forthofer, Manager of Community Outreach at UH St. John Medical Center. joins with Jeff Wells, Autonation Ford Amherst, and Lisa Marsh, UH Communoity Ourteach, with a car load of toys donated to the Emergency Departments at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center and UH St. John Medical Center in Westlake.

This is the second year Autonation Ford Amherst has made a donation. Toys were brought to work by Autonation Ford Amherst employees.

 “We are grateful for this thoughtful donation that will benefit children at UH Elyria and St. John Medical Centers,” said Paul Forthofer, Manager of Community Outreach at UH St. John Medical Center. “These toys help our caregivers put children at ease so we can focus on giving the best care possible.”

“Anytime a child is in the hospital, we want to make a difference, but especially at Christmas time. We hope these gifts bring happiness,” added Jeff Wells, Autonation Ford Internet Manager.
