Westshore Arts Council: “Catch A Rising Star”

Or better yet, catch two Rising Stars on Monday, March 31, 2025 at 7 p.m. at Westlake Porter Public Library.

Jaedynn Latter is a senior Music Theatre major at Baldwin Wallace and is excited to graduate and begin the next chapter of her life in New York. She began doing theatre in small productions at the Boys and Girls Club and has been performing ever since. She is also a songwriter and has a fully self-produced album of original music out digitally. Jaedynn has performed as Jenna in Waitress, Mrs. Lovett in Sweeny Todd, Bea in Something Rotten, and Little Red in Into the Woods.

Aamar-Malik Culbreth is a senior Music Theatre major at Baldwin Wallace and is originally from North Carolina. He is a Next Wave Initiative Scholar winning the Hattie McDaniel Acting Scholarship and was recently awarded a Cleveland Critics Circle Theater Award for his work in Jitney. Some of his favorite roles include Fredric in Pirates of Penzance, Romeo in Romeo & Juliet, Lysander in A Midsummer Nights Dream, Ogie in Waitress, Youngblood in Jitney, and Pippin in Pippin.
