Savor the Flavor: Food Truck Favorites Face Off at Crocker Park September 27

Attendees & Celebrity Judges Will Taste Test in Several Categories

Crocker Park is set to host its tenth annual Food Truck Challenge with support from RAINBOW RESTORATION on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 11AM to 4PM. Cleveland’s top food trucks will line Main Street, competing for top honors in a variety of “best of” categories judged by both a panel and event guests.

Get ready for a delicious showdown as this lively competition returns with a stellar lineup of fan favorites! Back by popular demand are winners from year’s past: Birdie’s, King Tut Street Food, Dr. Hibachi, Hatfield’s Good Grub, and joining the contest this year: Parilya, Dr. Boba, Cousins Maine Lobster and more. This event is guaranteed to bring the flavor and the fun. Each truck will offer special and unique menu items beginning at 11AM.

Event attendees are invited to join the fun by picking up a ballot at the designated voting table or any of the food trucks, trying dishes from as many trucks as they’d like, and submitting their ballot by 2:45PM (limit one per person). Food trucks will compete in the following categories:

  • The Sweetest Thing
  • Drinkable Delight
  • Instagrammable Eat (Most Photogenic)
  • Best Plant-Based
  • Kid’s Approved
  • Show Stopping Side
  • Luxe on Wheels (Fanciest Bites)
  • Outside the Box (Most Unique)
  • People’s Choice Award
  • Judge’s Pick

“Cleveland is a foodie’s dream, and the Food Truck Challenge is the ultimate way to celebrate it!” said Stacie Schmidt, Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Stark Enterprises. “We’re excited to celebrate 10 years of turning Crocker Park into a vibrant tasting tour, where guests can sample incredible eats, cheer on their favorite trucks, and enjoy everything our community has to offer. Between bites, take a stroll, shop your favorite stores, and soak in the energy—there’s something for everyone!”

The Food Truck Challenge is free to attend and will also include live music by Imber Solis, a pop, rock, and soul ensemble ready to entertain everyone. There will also be family-friendly activities, and local vendors. Winners will be announced beginning at 3:15 PM.
