Avon Middle School Presents Black History Wax Museum and High School Musical Jr.

Avon Middle School hosted Black History Month Wax Museum on Friday, February 27 in the gym.

The 6th grade students at Avon Middle School researched an African American historical figure, learn about their life, and bring their stories to life through dramatic play. This incredible lesson left a lasting impression on all who attended, as many, including students, walked away having learned something new about each figure.

Here are some highlights along with congratulations to all students for jobs well done!

Avon Middle School is getting ready for their Spring musical, High School Musical Jr. on Friday, March 27 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, March 28 at 2 p.m. at the Avon Performing Arts Center.
