Avon Historical Society MAY Monthly Meeting & Program: Please join us on May 7th at 7 p.m., at the Avon Olde Town Hall located at the corner of Detroit and Stoney Ridge, Avon, Ohio. Our program is: A Lightning Fast Look at Lorain County

Bette Lou Higgins from Eden Valley Enterprises will be presenting: A LIGHTNING-FAST LOOK AT LORAIN COUNTY is a fast-paced trip through the area’s past. From alligators in a fountain to giant bald eagle nests to bicycle seats and chewing gum — its history has been filled with fun facts, trivial tidbits and surprising stories!
