The American Red Cross has declared a national blood crisis. Blood donations have fallen to a four-year summer low. All blood types are needed, but the situation is especially dire for type O blood. Donors are needed immediately to help save lives.
Make an appointment to give blood now! Visit RedCrossBlood.org. Download the Blood Donor App. Call 1-800-RED-CROSS (1-800-733-2767).
Two more ways you can help restock the shelves: 1. Bring a friend to donate with you. 2. Spread the word about the need in your community.
