Bay Eagle Scouts

Congratulations to Norah Hamil and Jennie Koomar, the first Eagle Scouts of Bay Village Troop 40 of Scouts BSA. Our community is stronger because of their work, commitment to service, and leadership. Scouts BSA Girls Troop 40 – OH is one of the first all-girl Troops in Northeast Ohio. We are located in Bay Village but cover the western suburbs of Cleveland.
