The Westlake Police Department was thrilled to officially welcome Andrew Posante to its ranks last month! Westlake Mayor Dennis M. Clough administered the oath of office in front of Officer Posante’s family and new coworkers in the Michael F. Killeen Council Chambers at City Hall. Posante comes to Westlake from the Cleveland Police Department where he served as an officer for nine years before being promoted to Sergeant in November 2020. He is a 2011 graduate of Cleveland State University.
