The theft from a common garage occurred on April 13, and she had seen the 18-year-old male suspect riding it afterwards. On 04/21/2013, at 0251 hours, a Bay Village PD officer stopped a vehicle on Kenilworth near Lake Rd. for a traffic violation.  After speaking to the female driver, the officer suspected the driver had been drinking.  Field sobriety tests were administered, and as a result, the 36 yoa female driver was arrested for OVI.  She will face charges at Rocky ... An employee reported that similar thefts have taken place at three of their other locations as well. Bryan S. Kubit, 42 years of age of North Olmsted, entered a plea of guilty to two counts of burglary and one count of breaking and entering.
