Westlake Police report that a Hilliard Blvd. church was broken into between Dec. 7-9. This is the third burglary there in recent weeks. Entry was gained by using bodily force on an exterior door. A 27-year-old Wellington man was arrested by Westlake Police  for OVI on Dec. 6 at 12:50 AM at the intersection of Detroit and Canterbury Rds.
