Community Resource Services (CRS) is proud to announce its 26th annual Charity Ball on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Westlake’s LaCentre Banquet Center.

Sponsored by NRG Energy and Medical Mutual, the “You Are the Key to Our Heart” Charity Ball will be a night of celebration!  We’ll be celebrating the difference that CRS has made in the lives of so many individuals and families over the years, as well as pay tribute to the many volunteers, organizations and businesses that have been the KEY to our success.  This widely anticipated event is sure to be something special, and we hope you’ll join us!

The Charity Ball is CRS’s biggest fundraiser.  The event features cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, a sit-down dinner, music and dancing.  There will be many opportunities to support CRS such as side boards, silent and live auctions and more. This year we will be featuring electronic bidding for all of our silent auction and raffle items.  All bidding and purchases will be done through your cell phone!

Another wonderful feature of the Charity Ball is the Jewelry Raffle.  Peter & Company Jewelers has donated the Hearts On Fire Captivation necklace and matching earrings valued at $8,040.  They are currently on display at Peter & Company Jewelers in Avon Lake.  Jewelry Raffle tickets are $100 each and there will only be 100 tickets available.

Last year’s event raised $75,000, with almost 350 people in attendance.  We hope to exceed these numbers and with your help make the 2015 Charity Ball a real record-breaker! Tickets to the Charity Ball are on sale now for $110 each or $1,000 for a table of 10.  Sponsorship opportunities are still available and we are also still accepting donations to the silent auction.  Please visit our website at www.aalcrs.org for more information or to purchase tickets.  Questions may be directed to Pam at 933-5639.
