Mercy to Host Nursing Recruitment Fair on April 15

Mercy is inviting current and graduating registered nurses to a Nursing Recruitment Fair on Wed., April 15 from 4 to 7p.m. The event, which will be held in the Ross Conference Rooms at Mercy Regional Medical Center, 3700 Kolbe Rd., is designed to introduce nurses to the many opportunities available at Mercy hospitals and facilities.

Nurses will be treated to a fun evening that includes hors d’oeuvres and chair massages. While at the event, nurses can tour the medical units and surgery areas. Complimentary valet parking will be available to participants.

Experienced nurses and new graduates will have the opportunity to talk with nursing leadership about opportunities at Mercy. Onsite interviews will be conducted for nurses who complete an online application in advance at mercyonline.org/mercy_jobx.aspx.

Additionally, the first 100 registered nurses to attend will receive a $25 gas gift card. Full-time registered nurses who are hired and begin work by Aug. 30, 2015 will receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Recent or soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to attend at 4 p.m. to learn about a unique opportunity just for them.
