St. John Medical Center Community Outreach Nurses’ Health Tip:
It is not too late to get a flu shot; your best defense against the flu this season! – Marian Buzzard RN BSN
Where can you seek healing of the mind, body, and spirit? Where can you go to become centered and strengthened as you confront a stressful time. Where can you focus on the positive and be grateful? Where can you find a needed peaceful moment? The answer is in a labyrinth. The process of mindfully walking a labyrinth can bring peace, relaxation or answers to all these concerns. Join Kris Austin from the Gathering Place as she discusses Gratitude, then walk the labyrinth, and experience the benefits of stress management, relaxation, gratitude and peace.
