Special education teacher Erin Blahnik’s Lee Burenson Middle School students are making and selling dog treat jars for the holidays. The reusable treat jar is filled with a dozen homemade dog treats, a holiday pet bandana scarf, and a dog toy. The students will be making all of the products included in the jar.
If you are interested in ordering, fill out the form online at www.westlake.k12.oh.us/parents/parents_home/FlyerConnectionList/MazyMyloTreatJars.pdf or email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday, Dec. 14. Orders will be ready on Dec. 18 and can be picked up at LBMS that day. Each jar is $10.
Proceeds will benefit Guiding Eyes for the Blind. If you would just like to order dog treats for the holidays you can order those as well.
*Treats only last about a week outside of the refrigerator, so if you are planning on giving them at Christmas they last a little over 2 weeks in the refrigerator. Colors and styles may vary.
