All About You Women’s Health & Wellness 2015

All About You is a free women’s health membership program through St. John Medical Center. Before guest speaker Susan Fee’s keynote address, “How to Put Happy Back in the Holidays,” at LaCentre last week, guests took part in complimentary health screenings, a chance to design personalized Christmas cards, pampering and then a terrific show of holiday music by the Westlake High School Show Choir “Company D.” Westshore Primary Care dietitian Julie Wise, MS, RDN, LD, gave a healthy holiday food demonstration followed by holiday gift ideas from Crocker Park representatives Lisa Schwan and Lisa Pianecki.

Pampering is always part of SJMC’s All About You programs for women. Beauty specialists on hand included LUV Manicures & Pedicures providing nail polish changes and Dillard’s Cosmetics Department at Great Northern Mall with expert makeup touch-ups.
