Holistic Birth Options
This class will cover a variety of birthing options, including an introduction to our Holistic Birth Center program. We will share topics surrounding natural childbirth options, including the use of hydrotherapy during labor and birth, aromatherapy, therapeutic use of music, and relaxation techniques in an effort to achieve a satisfying birth experience. Also, during the class you will be introduced to the services offered by a midwife or doula. February 8 • 7:30 – 9 p.m. • Cost: Free
Breastfeeding Class
Pat Bucknell, IBCLC. Prepare for the experience of breastfeeding a newborn prior to the baby’s arrival. All questions answered. March 14 • Cost: $30
Childbirth Saturday Classes
Participants must attend both four-hour sessions. Infant care, which is covered in the cost of the class, must be scheduled separately. Saturdays, January 23 & 30, 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. • Cost: $85
