New Restaurant to Donates 50 Percent of Opening Day Sales to Local Charity
Bonefish Grill opened its doors for business on Monday, February 22 at 11 a.m. located at 1900 Crocker Road in Westlake.
Recognized as the wood grilled fresh fish experts, Bonefish Grill offers a selection of fish species daily such as Chilean Sea Bass and Ahi Tuna with choice of signature sauce as well as meat options such as Rib-Eye Steak.
The restaurant’s polished casual approach appeals to those who crave high-quality seafood and wood-grilled specialties at a good value.
Making their first day of business truly special, the Crocker Park Bonefish Grill donated 50 percent of sales to Prayers from Maria, an organization that supports global research into the causes, prevention, treatments, and cure for the deadliest childhood brain tumors known as gliomas; raising public awareness and bringing hope to children and their families who deal with the hardships of this disease. Funds raised from Bonefish Grill’s Benefit Day will help fund further research into this cause. Prayers from Maria is noted for its remarkable Avon sunflower field in the summer months

The main dining room showcases an extraordinary bonefish sculpture made of stainless steel and sequined scales that glisten in the light while the atmosphere features a contemporary blend of warm earthy tones, golden hardwood accents, natural materials and metallically embellished wood flooring. Rows of cylindrical sconces are etched to depict mangrove trees, a personification of the restaurant’s heritage, that shine light through the branches to provide a seamless barrier between the bar and main dining room.
As guests settle into their comfortable surroundings, they are treated to a level of hospitality that incorporates friendliness and attentiveness. Dressed in chef whites, the servers’ attention to detail is a direct result of a customized training program that is completely oriented to guest indulgence. The 6,352-square-foot restaurant features a spacious dining room with a large bar area including three large community tables and an outdoor patio that seats approximately 50. Overall, the restaurant has a seating capacity for approximately 260 patrons.

Bonefish Grill’s winter menu will celebrate with crave-worthy dishes such as the Lobster Stuffed Shrimp with a creamy lobster and shrimp Imperial stuffing and Filet and Colossal Shrimp Scampi – a 6 ounce USDA Choice filet mignon topped with colossal shrimp and a scampi butter sauce. Guests can pair these with Bonefish Grill’s signature seasonal cocktails – a Grapefruit Martini or the guest favorite of the year Winter White Cosmo, featuring Reyka Vodka, Cointreau, St.Germain Elderflower liqueur, white cranberry juice and fresh lime juice – both handcrafted to order.
The Crocker Park location will serve dinner Monday thru Sunday. Lunch will be served Monday – Saturday and brunch on Sundays featuring a variety of Eggs Benedict dishes and Crème Brûlée French Toast.

- Friday – Saturday 11 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.
- Sunday – 10 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
