Avon Oaks Caring Community Recognizes Long Term Care Administrator’s Week

Avon Oaks Logo_RGBAvon Oaks Caring Community honors Colleen Costello, RN, LNHA, Mindi Husk, RN, LNHA, Judy Flynn, and Joan Reidy LPN, LNHA, FACHCA, during Long Term Care Administrator’s Week, March 13 – 19, 2016. As Administrator, Colleen leads and directs the overall operations at Avon Oaks. Mindi is the Team Leader of the Skilled Rehab Nursing Unit, Judy is the Administrator of the Gardens of French Creek Assisted Living and Joan, as the President and CEO, remains involved in everyday operations of the facility providing direction and encouragement to staff, patients, and their families.

Judy, Joan, and brother, Richard Reidy, continue to ensure the loving hands-on care that has been a trademark of Avon Oaks for 50 years. Avon Oaks’ team of dedicated administrators, nurses, nurse aides, dining, housekeeping and environmental services enrich the lives of residents, families, and staff on a daily basis, never losing sight that they work FOR the residents, patients, and families they serve.

Avon Oaks continues to focus on maintaining excellent person centered care for the patients and residents while achieving the facility’s business objectives and adhering to government regulations.

The American College of Health Care Administrators established Long Term Care Administrator’s Week to recognize the contributions of Administrators like these.
