The elegant fashions date from 1818 to 1950.
“The fashions are fun for all to see up close and in a unique setting,” Janet Zvara, museum director said. “This exhibit is sure to evoke fond memories of times gone by.”
A second exhibit titled, “And Don’t Throw the Baby Out with the Bath Water,” centers around a collection of antique dolls, including a 1930’s rare German Kistner doll.
Rose Hill Museum, located at the corner of Lake and Cahoon roads in Bay Village, is open on Sundays from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., April through December, free of charge. Group tours for 10 or more can be arranged by appointment, for a small fee. Phone 440-871-7338.
