O’Neill Healthcare Bay Village Celebrates “Mom” with a Ladies High Tea

On Saturday April 30^th O’Neill Healthcare Bay Village held a Ladies High Tea in the new front reception hall to celebrate our Moms.  The ladies were dressed in their finery, hats and all, as they enjoyed an assortment of teas, scones and other delights.
