Avon Lake High School Earns All A Award

Avon Lake High School was one of only 46 schools in the state to receive the All A Award from the State Board of Education for earning straight A’s on their 2014-2015 Ohio School Report Card.

Receiving A’s on every measure of school performance on the 2014-2105 Ohio School Report Card shows the commitment Avon Lake High School staff have made to providing high-quality education to students from every background and ability level.

“Earning straight A’s is no easy task, and these schools deserve our praise,” said Tom Gunlock, State Board of Education president. “This is the first year we’re presenting the All A Award, and the State Board of Education is proud to recognize Ohio’s schools for their hard work and dedication to excellence.”
