The Lake Erie Crushers and The Brew Kettle took a swing at their 1st annual Crushers Craft Beer Festival presented by Schlather Insurance Group and Auto Owners Insurance on Saturday, September 24 at All Pro Freight Stadium in Avon and hit one out of the park. The late afternoon and evening event featured more than 25 local and national craft beer representatives along with several local wineries from the northern Ohio region, drawing hundreds of guests.

“One of our goals when we purchased the Lake Erie Crushers in February was to hold more events at All Pro Freight Stadium”, stated Tom Kramig Co-Owner of the team. “We believe the Crushers Craft Beer Festival fits that concept very well and we are thrilled to work with The Brew Kettle on this project.”

dsc_4096-26Chris Russo, Owner of the two Brew Kettle Breweries, echoed Kramig’s sentiments. “As a sponsor of the Lake Erie Crushers, we believe the Crushers Craft Beer Festival is a perfect fit for All Pro Freight Stadium. We believe this is a tremendous opportunity and look forward to creating an outstanding event for Cleveland’s west side residents.”

The Lake Erie Crushers play 48 games per season at All Pro Freight Stadium located at 2009 Baseball Boulevard in Avon, Ohio. The Brew Kettle has two Ohio locations: 8377 Pearl Road in Strongsville and 300 Church St. in Amherst.
