A Bay Village officer just happened to be in the area on routine patrol and quickly stopped the 2014 Toyota. It was suspected that the female operator was driving while impaired. After failing the field sobriety tests, she was arrested. The 26 year-old Rocky River resident was processed and then released on personal bond to a sober adult.
