Remembering Our Furry Friends at Christmas

rst_4611-1The Northeast Ohio SPCA non-profit, no-kill Pet Shelter was the recipient of generous holiday support last week as Dana Banyasz and Karen Stanziano of the Bay Village Edward Jones office held their third annual Pet Drive to celebrate the season.

Pet Shelter Director Jeff Kocian and his wife Jean stopped by last Thursday to pick up the gifts of food and pet items needed all year by the shelter.

The Shelter is a labor of love for the Kocians. Their mission is to provide care and protection for animals until placed. Kocian reports that the shelter helped adopt out 3000 pets (dogs and cats) this year, all spayed or neutered at no cost and ready for a good home. You are welcome to adopt today!

For Dana and Karen of the Bay Village Edward Jones office, it is an example of their commitment to community that goes on all year. It is a central part of the mission Edward Jones brings to clients as the investment firm that values the communities where they live and work.

The Northeast Ohio SPCA non-profit, no-kill Pet Shelter is located at 9555 Brookpark Road in Parma. (216) 351-7387. Northeastohiospca.org.
