‘Steppin’ Out’ Seniors Swing at St. Lad’s Fall Dance

Let’s Dance!

It was a hot time in the old town hall at St. Ladislas Catholic Church in Westlake last Friday afternoon as seniors from a host of retirement communities and living centers gathered for the annual ‘Steppin’ Out’ Seniors Dance.

The event is organized each year through the collaborative efforts of the participating senior living homes. The afternoon starts off with pizza and pop for lunch followed by lots of music, dancing and fun! Pathways Hospice volunteers were also on hand to honor and pin Veterans in the crowd. And Chomps, the Cleveland Browns mascot, made the the rounds as well, bring smiles to lots of faces.

A highlight occurred when Elvis showed up to front the band and the joint was jumping!
